Overview:
- Burj Crown, a new 44-storey luxury residential tower located on the Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard with direct views of the Dubai Opera and Burj Khalifa. The 431-unit tower offers one, two and three-bedroom apartments, all with priceless views of Dubai’s most famous landmarks.
- The tower is set to become the tallest structure in the world and will be the centrepiece of Emaar’s 500 acre Downtown Dubai development, which is being built at a cost of $8 billion.
