29 Boulevard 2 elevates the living standards through its wide range of facilities. The only thing to consider is the lack of parking available for visitors. This is true for most buildings in Downtown Dubai. However, the workaround for this issue is to park the vehicle in one of the several paid-parking lots in Downtown Dubai.

The project was launched in 2007 at an average price of AED 2,250 Per Square Foot. Both towers have studios, 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments.

The project was on-hold after the late 2008 global financial crisis hit Dubai. Construction commenced in early 2010 and both towers were delivered in Q3 2012.
