Arabella 2 by Dubai Properties is a townhouse enclave within Mudon which is launching on April 9th, 2016. The project will feature 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom townhouses. The launch of this project follows on the widely successful Arabella Phase 1 which was launched in 2015. Units in Arabella are available on a 40:60 payment-plan (i.e. 60% of the total price is payable on handover).

The community is in fairly close proximity to Mudon Park where there are jogging and cycling tracks, sporting facilities such as basketball courts and a football field and open-air exercise stations.
